The Gillen Club caters for all function needs, from children’s birthday parties, Christmas parties, and family get togethers, to corporate meetings and presentations. The options are endless.
The Gillen Club has three main function areas:
1. Alfresco Dining Area
2. Main Dining Area
3. The Boardroom
All function areas are provided by the Gillen Club free of charge. Bookings are required so get in early to avoid disappointment.
Please note: Bookings confirmation is done every Wednesday of the week of the event and payment needs to made for large functions of over $500 a week prior. If cancellation is within three days of your booking date $100 cancellation fee applies.
The Gillen Club is the perfect venue to hold your child’s next birthday party. While the kids have fun exploring the indoor and outdoor playgrounds the adults can relax and enjoy a stress free day.
Kid’s birthday parties can be booked in anytime the club is open with food available during bistro hours. Food will only be available during Bistro trading hours.
Kid’s Birthday Platters cost $9 per child, minimum of 10 kids plus any additional extras. The birthday child DINES FREE!
The Gillen Club has a range of Functions Packages available to suit any occasion. From working lunches, share platters, cook your own BBQ to a full buffet option – there is something to suit all event budgets!
The Gillen Club is a sports and family club which was established in 1972 and is committed to providing the highest standard of customer service at a quality venue. The club is for members, guests in the company of a member and visitors to Alice Springs.
